As states continue to grapple with the severity of the second wave of Covid, the spectre of a potential third wave has been haunting the country and many states have begun planning and even putting in place infrastructure. The focus is on children, with apprehension that they could be the worst affected. The UP government recently announced that priority would be given to parents of children below 12 years in vaccination.
